Everyone here is correct. I remember saying dozens of times "THIS IS MY LAST PINCH DAMNIT!!!" Getting so mad at myself for even dipping i would throw a full can in the trash, feel good for a few hours then just buy another can and feel shitty again. Best thing to do if you are set on quitting is to just stop now. I may have had more success back in the day if I had this forums help, and I'm currently at day 134 now that I have this forum. Every day waking up and posting is a reminder of all the other folks that are quitting along side you. You can do it :)

Nicotine is the KING when it comes to the mind games and the infamous "Tomorrow" strategy. Toss out any can you have now and join up. Believe me...this is freedom that you will be so happy that you have once you get a taste of it. It does suck the first few days or so...but it is worth every moment. I can't make you do anything...but I can tell you that quitting is and has been a life saving thing for me every day. We are all addicts here and will always be addicted to this poisonous weed. So we all come here and quit each day and it works...IF you buy into the program here.

Posting roll is kind of odd.
But the instructions walk you through it..
