Congrats brother ...... and your right, you can't do this alone........ on this site, you will never have to, when your strength is gone, there is always someone here to let you borrow some of theirs ........ one day at a time, survive and advance ........ if you need a number or anything, let me know.

I just quit after 17 years and new to the site. I know now I can't do this on my own.
After reading more about this site I would like to introduce myself to everyone. I'm 33 yrs old, been dipping since 15. Skoal mint about a tin a day. I'm sick and tired of the nic and haven't been able to quit by myself. I'm hoping to meet some people who can help me and in return help others. I've told my wife(and myself) hundreds of times I quit so I can't say she believes me. I don't blame her, I wouldn't believe myself either:( My last dip was 11/28 and this site has motivated me since. I need more help than reading this site this is why I joined and look forward to meeting everyone. Thank You
Kevin
Good move Kevin!!

I was a skoal mint man myself for 27 years.
I tried many times to Quit with many different methods. Always failed. Main reason was because I never seeked out help. Let me tell you that you have stumbled across the best freakin site on the web!!!

Post roll every day. Plain and simple. It's the most important thing we do here. Make a daily commitment to yourself and to us that you won't use nicotine that day, come back the next day and repeat. You can do it and we can help you.

If you need anything don't hesitate to PM me.

Brian

Congrats on making a great choice!!! I quit tons of times too before I found this site. Now, I'm 85 days quit and this site has been the only thing that's diffrent. And I was SERIOUS this time.

It's gonna suck, but there are no shortcuts...you gotta decide to kick the nic bitch out of your life. You can do it. Post roll everyday, keep your word, and Live nic free. Just focus on being nic free right now...worry about tomorrow, next week, or whatever when it's here.

Early on, I lived on this site. Read all you can. Fight nic with everything you got. It is the fight of your life.

Great job!!!
