Thanks everyone for your help and support. Today is day 40 and I am still going strong. They say quitting is easy, its staying quit where the real work takes place. Well this is work and the only one I will let down is me. I dipped for approx. 19 years and the most I was not dipping was about 3 months, back in 1996.
Now is forever.............
Stay strong and take it one day at a time if you need too............

Congrats on 38 days...and congrats on 9. The point is to kick nic's ass one day at a time. No need to worry about tomorrow until it is here...just kick nic's ass today.

Then you'll be able to look back after a while and say look at all the ass I've kicked...sorta like when Chuck Norris and I leave a bar.

Today is 38 days and trying not to count. Feel great and just wanted to introduce myself. Live in Westchester County, NY, married with a son and another " mini me " on the way. Love the site.............
I think keeping count is a great thing, its like keeping a win total. Each day is a battle won. I'm on day 9 here, hearing your on day 38 is very motivational ...... great quit, keep it up!

Welome aboard!!

38 days is kick ass!!! Nothing wrong with keeping count. It's a daily reminder of what you are accomplishing. And when those days keep piling up I think it makes it a little easier to look back and say "holy shit, it's been ###days!!!)

Read as much as you can on this site, you will find it very helpful.
