Good work Uro! the toothpicks have been my go to and have probably gone through about 250+ already. Hang in there and the first 72 hours will be over in no time.

Great choice Scott. Day 24 for me after 12 years of dipping myself. Go with the coffee. The first week was rough for me and the best advice I got during my first few days here was to switch up your routine. Mornings and after meals were the worst. All the other folks have already mentioned options for alternatives so just find something that works for you. Sunflower seeds are working for me. Keep it up cause it gets better everyday for yourself and the ones you love. I'm quit with you and the rest of June today.

Welcome to ktc and congratulations on making the best decision you could and Quitting that evil can. Get involved with your quit brothers and sisters in the June quit group and get some digits and use them anytime you need to. You will make some great friends here, a lot of quitters on here will drop anything to help a quitter in need. Just like a lot of the other guys have said, keep sunflower seeds, hard candy, tooth pick, or fake chew with you for when the cravings hit the hardest. If you need anything at all just pm me. I quit with you today.

Welcome. You have found the right place to quit. Listen to the advice these guys have already stated. Get involved. Get to know these guys on a personal level. They may become life-long friends and will also save your life. Submerge yourself.

Welcome Scott! You have made the right choice, and I am glad you have decided to come in and play with us.

Hit the welcome center, Pink Button top of the screen. Read up and read the instructions on how to post roll. Go post roll, it's our daily promise to not use Nicotine in any form for that day. Then do it again tomorrow. Easy huh?

Your next few days are going to suck, drink lots of water, have seeds or candy or fake chew ready, and reach out to us if you need anything. We are here to help you quit and keep you quit.
