Was a dipper for 25 years ,and I am a quitter for 9 days now :D .Man this is some hard crap to kick!!.Each day seems a little easier than the last.
Welcome Bill,

First, you are right, this is some hard stuff. Nicotine is a very addictive chemical and your body is going to go though some tough times while it is healing. You have made it through some bad stuff already and things should be getting better. There may be another rough patch at around the two week mark. Not everyone goes through this, but it is out there.

Here are some links to help you out...

Two Week Weakness

Come on over to the February quit group and join in to the fun. We are here to help each other stay quit. We'll be glad to see you.

If you need anything, just hit the PM Button at the bottom of this message and let me know.
I will always be an addict

?So I say, ?Live and let live.? That?s my motto. ?Live and let live.? Anyone who can?t go along with that, take him outside and shoot the motherfucker. It?s a simple philosophy, but it?s always worked in our family.?
