Welcome, Steven. I started when I was about 15, like you. Sadly, it took me a lot longer to wise up. Once you get over the initial suffering during the first few days, you'll see lots of benefits. Your body will thank you. Use the tools here: develop relationships, gather contacts, get informed and prepare a plan. When the tough craves hit (and believe me, they will) that plan will be your life line. I'm not talking about some sappy "I'm weak" phone call. Make yourself a promise that you'll at least text a couple folks if you ever even consider buying a can. Accountability works wonders here, and so does knowledge.
Now.... I see you haven't posted roll yet. Get that done post haste. There is nothing more important. That is the price of admission here. But, be advised that it is not just putting your name on a list. That is making a promise to every person here that you WILL NOT have any nicotine for the next 24 hours. I made that promise early this morning. I am a man of my word.
Glad you're here. Reach out if you need anything.
EDIT: Listen to Souliman. He is a wise quitter. Crazy sumbitch, but very wise quitter. 'na na'
