Hi guys I just wanted to drop in

I dipped Copenhagen for the last 8 years
At the begging of march I quit Copenhagen and went to camel snus. On
3/24 I used my last pouch of camel snus and have been nicotine free since

I want a dip all the time, it's nice outside and it's fishing season
today has been my best so far but this is harder than I thought it would be
Quitting is hard. But you know what is probably even harder? Fishing after disfiguring jaw removal surgery, living on feeding tubes, chemotherapy, etc. Oh wait, telling goodbye to all of those who love you the most because you just "wanted a dip all the time." That has to be the worst.

You sound like a newly release prisoner who is pining for the good old days of three hots and a cot. BULLSHIT!!! That ain't you anymore. YOU'RE FREE, BROTHER!!!

Turn the tables on the Nic Bitch. Embrace the suck. Embrace everything that goes with quitting. Withdrawal symptoms, nervousness, restlessness, anxiety, self-doubt, constipation, sleeplessness...decide for yourself that you will enjoy the shit out of those things!!! You can control your attitude.

Think of it this way...you GET to feel this shitty because you CHOSE freedom. Quit is a privilege reserved to those who have the guts to do it. YOU DO...CONGRATS. That is cause for celebration, not reminiscing about your old nicotine prison. GREAT CHOICE. YOU GOT THIS!!!
Look my brother we all crave dip! I pray that some day I want but for some reason I don't see that happening! But I'm Man enough to kick bitch in the mouth as long as I have my brothers and sisters backing me! What I'm trying to say is this shit is not easy we are here to help so use us, you are not alone! Damn proud to be quit with you! Just an addict trying to help another addict!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

You can read up as AJ suggests...It's like wearing a life vest on a stormy sea.
You can join your group and post roll... It's like tying a rope onto your vest.
You can get involved within your group and hold yourself accountable... It's like tightening the carabiner.
You can exchange numbers with others... It's like carrying a flare gun
You can post your promise every day... It's like learning how to swim.
You can help others with this god forsaken addiction... You'll start to see the clouds clear.

Sharks are circling, what are you going to do?

You don't have to go it alone but nobody can do it for you.
Welcome aboard, mate.

Yup... It's no fun getting clean. Here's the thing though... You ARE clean. After 3 days you flushed nicotine out of your system. Gone. Buh-bye Bitch.

It's head games now, bro. Erasing the habit of putting that stuff in your face... Rewiring to realize you do NOT "need" it to make any activity better. In truth, nicotine has blinded you all these years and numbed you out. It's time to experience, and deal with, life without a filter. It's a whole lot scary... We get that. Anxiety can ride you hard when you first quit. Trust me though... It passes. Look at it this way too... You've clawed your way to this point. That's badass. Now, you're here and that's even more badass. We can keep you moving forward. The support here is like nowhere else. Get up to the Welcome Center and learn about quit groups and the process of daily posting. People there are going through exactly what you are... You're not alone. Jump in, man. Freedom is here...
Well, it’s one louder, isn’t it? It’s not ten.
