Ben, I've been doing the roll call thing for awhile now and honestly dont know how it works either. I put my name there, copy, paste, say something silly, screw around with some of the knuckle heads sometimes and make a promise. I haven't pussed out on that promise yet so the thing works. People cared about my quit early on and they're still hangin around too. That helps. It's the only thing I've ever known that worked. Part of the reason is the community of like minded folks imposing there quit will on you but the will comes from within first.
If you don't believe me, there are a bunch of quitters that can confirm.
Are you ready?

Been dipping for over 8 years. I've played hockey and on the long bus rides dip was the go to. Also big into the outdoors and would always have a dip in hunting, fishing or hiking. I've tried quitting quite a few times in the past but never really quit for more than a couple days. I bought jakes before and tried to mix it with dip to kind of taper off, that didn't work, just ended up dipping. I'm sick of my gums hurting and wasting a ridiculous amount of money on dip. So heres to day 1.

Also not 100% sure how the whole roll call thing works.
Hey Ben.

First of all congratulations on deciding to QUIT. NOW is the time, you just need to quit today. First and foremost, go into the quit groups and head for the May 2016 Group and start posting roll every morning. No excuses, no more stopping for a few days, get on their every morning and promise to quit! You're going to have to get pissed off and super motivated for this to work. You can do it! Lean on the other guys, get connected with them so you can back each other up and make this stick.

If you need help, you can PM me , just hit the "Inbox" link and compose a message to me "JDM" and I'd be glad to help you out.
