Great decision Nolan.
No one I've ever met.. likes Cancer.
We were told tobacco is cool and fun. Thats a lie.
We learn that its poison.
Poison causes cancer.
Cancer kills.
Truth sets us all free.
Life is way more cool and fun not being a slave to poison.
You can do this...
Let addiction be only in your past!
I Quit with you today.

Welcome. Wow do I wish I had the balls to quit when I was your age.

As noted above, don't worry about forever, or even tomorrow. Quit for today, and make sure you're on roll early tomorrow so the option of nicotine is off the table for the rest of the day. Then do the same thing the day after that, and repeat.

I see you are on roll well done. Also nicely done quitting for 11 days on your own. Remember to post roll early and every day. This is key to your quit success. Do not worry about "ever again"
there will be times that frame of mind will feel daunting. Let's just take it for today. Your promise is in and we can handle today. You are not alone in this battle. THe resources to remain quit
are at your finger tips. Dink up on the KTC kool aid. Congrats on a life saving decision.

KTC Fam,

My name is Nolan. I'm 26 and I quit dipping on March 31st, 2017. A "cancer" scare made me realize that I never wanted to live with that anxiety ever again. Currently, it is day 11, and I'm hanging in there. I will never dip or use nicotine again. I truly believe that, and will not let myself, or anyone else down in saying that.

I'm from NC and I enjoy golf, fishing, hunting, snowboarding, and surfing when i get the chance. I want to do these activities for as long as I can, so quitting tobacco hopefully prolongs that time frame.

I don't really know what else to say in here, so I'm going to go now. Thank you all for the support in encouraging my quit.

Welcome!

A lot of people use their into like a diary of sorts. I think it's good to go back and look at how hard the first few weeks are, time makes things easy to forget. Let me know if you every need anything.
