Thank's alot for the welcome.

Where do I bitch? haha.

Quitting sucks ass, I made an attempt last year and failed. I was dip free for 4 months. Then my employer had to hire a dipper who ended up being my immediate supervisor. I gave in and took a pinch from him one day. Never looked back after that. I'm glad I found this site, this will be a ride for sure.

Welcome Donski

This is the house of pain, you sound like quitting is a decision you make and whammo your done. Not so fast my friend, I am only 10 days in after 30 years of cope and I mean to tell you that you are in for a hell of a ride. This site is a great place to vent and bitch and support each other. Find your roll call and check in once a day. Stay Quit

It is whammo and you done. There is no going back here, you quit with us, you quit for good. There are a lot of guys here that planned the day they quit and a lot who just woke up and said fuck it. Either way you are with us now. Just post whatever you need and we are here to help.

The next 3 days will suck ass but remember "the suck" and never do it again.

Glad you found us!!

Hello all,

My name is Brandon and I'm the newest member of the quitting group. I've been tobacco free for about an hour now :D I have a toothpick in my mouth as we speak. The reason I decided to quit is because I woke up yesterday morning with a sore jaw. My wisdom teeth are to blame but it's enough to scare me into quitting. I've been dipping on and off for about 10 years. I started when I was 13 and I'am now 23. I always told myself I'd quit at 21 but obviously it never happened. I look forward to meeting all of you.

Thank you,
Brandon.
