Thanks for the support guys. Radman, my screen name has nothing to do with tobacco, BACA County is where I live. :D

Your screen name is way too close to "tobacco" for me to be comfortable. :(

I'll support you in your quit. Nice decision, and welcome to KTC.

Congratulations on growing a pair and dropping the death weed. Quitting has to be for you first and foremost. If you're quitting for family only, you'll end up blaming them for how shitty you feel and your quit will sail away on the failboat.

Like buffalo said, slide on up to the top left hand side of this page to the Salmon colored welcome center link and give it a click. There, you can read about what roll is and why we do it. If you feel like you've got the balls to make the promise, post up in the February 2013 quit group.

PM me if you've got questions.

Greetings all,

Just found the site. I am on day 7. I have chewed snuff for 15 years. Decided I needed to give myself the shot at being around longer for my wife and two little girls. My biggest symptom has been energy and irritability. With two kids both less than 3 years old we don't get much sleep at my house. Coffee, sunflower seeds, mints and prayer have been working thus far.
