You do not have a habit. You've been doing this for 10 years. It's a full blown addiction. You are a drug addict.

I'm glad you posted and reached out. It helps. Keep posting, and post roll call in July. Keeo tabs on your group and see how everyone is doing. Eating the cornbread here will be your best shot at staying quit.

There is no luck to this brother. It's all determination. You have to stop dipping, for today. Anyone can quit for one day, right? One focking day? That is all there is to it. One day. You can do this. Hell, anyone can do this. It's friggin simple.

Tomorrow (don't worry about tomorrow yet, just get through today) you do it again.

It's a simple process, but it's not easy. When it seems like it's too much, reach out for help. We're here. We'll help.

Welcome brother! I took the leap today as well. It's been almost 24 hours and I got to say that the encouragement from all these folks has been amazing. Made the first day easier than I thought. And I know they'll (we'll) be around tomorrow when things get tougher.

Congrats on taking the first step! I look forward to celebrating each dip free day with you bro!

Just to get her kisses back should be enough to make you quit!!!! Here's hoping in a few days your wife will find your tobacco free lips irresistible.

I've decided to quit dipping today. I've decided to quit this nasty habit once and for all. I'm tired of being dependent on this crap. My wife won't kiss me cause she says she can smell the dip coming out my pores and my breath always smells bad. I've been dipping for over 10 years and now's the time to quit for good. Wish me luck!
