No tobacco in 7days and you dropped the NICOTINE lozenges today.
Correct?
You can cut the chains.
You will be clean in 72 hours.
Drink lots of water, then drink some more.
Your on a GREAT start.
You will never touch nicotine again.
Let that person die.

Become excited about the new you living a FREE life without chain's and WITHOUT the lie.

YOU have never felt better with it.
It was just holding you hostage to a dream that never comes true.
It is making you sick.
Its not apart of your identity.
You left your idenity the day you started.
Be the man you were created to be.

I Quit with you today.
Just do what ever it takes to GET through today.

I've been a chew addict since I was 16 and I would really like to be quit before I'm 30. At 27, I'm already experiencing negative effects from dip. I'm constantly getting a sore mouth and I find my hands and feet get cold easily. After just a day, my mouth and blood flow already feel better. What a terrible drug to be addicted to. There are no positive benefits to it.

Also, I keep getting these itchy spasms on my mouth. Let's just hope I quit soon enough. I don't want to lose my jaw and die.
You have spent 11 years of your short life with a dip in your mouth. That's much too long! You are correct, there is no long term benefit to nicotine use, and the longer you use the worse your symptoms will become. Stay quit at 27, don't wait until 30.

Stepp we're all addicts here and my friend so are you. This shit is hard but not impossible! Ktc is your guide to quitting but you must do your part ,participate and post roll. One day at a time! ( Odaat ) EDD! every damn day!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

Great decision to quit. I was in a similar boat myself when I found this site. There's no time like now to kick this addiction. I see you found roll so that's good. I'm on day 2 myself and found popping 2 pieces of Stride gum and parking it in the lip help to pass any extreme cravings. I found reading through all the success stories and words of wisdom quite encouraging as well. We got this man, none of us are alone fighting this battle.
Quitting for life, ODAAT.

Quit 8/9/15
HOF - 11/16/15
2nd floor- 2/24/16
3rd floor- 6/3/16

Still quit 1,480 days (as of today 8/27/19) and counting
