It will suck until it doesn't, then it is AWESOME! I quit with you today.
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

5 Days in and I'm about to tell my boss to 'Finger' himself! The muscle tension, stress and anxiety are brutal. This is my first post....was headed to buy a can of Cope when I stumbled upon this beautiful community of "quitters".

Stay strong!
Go post roll in April. I saw you in there "posting" I already added you to the spread sheet!
What your boss do to get the 'Finger' ?

Cope is not the answer man. Learning to cope is.

5 days is fucking awesome. We can help keep ya quit. All ya got to do is ask. By posting roll with us (which you have), you have everybody's support on this site to keep you quit today. We got your back man.

Why did you decide to quit?
Coping is the answer not Copenhagen.

One problem plus nicotine is simply two problems.

As stated go post in April 2016 quit group (April is when you will hit 100 days quit); note that 100 days is not the end of the road, it is simply a milestone.

Read all the stories on here and next realize that unless your boss is a real tool, he/she may not actually need nor will you benefit by telling them to fuck themselves. Quit because you want to and only you, no one else matters in your quit, but others can be the beneficiary of your quit.

5 days is awesome, that means that nicotine is actually no longer coursing through your veins, you are winning, now keep your boot on nicotine's throat and never let her up.
"If you want to quit then stop talking and just QUIT. If you want to kill yourself a bullet is cheaper and faster than a tin, plus it eliminates my hearing you whine and cry like a bitch."

Why did you decide to quit?
In the end I Surrender, I and I alone accept that I have and always will have a Nicotene ADDICTION. It is my choice to quit, but I can't do it alone. I get to go down this path one time, I want to do it right. I recognize that my word, my integrety to you is on the line and is only as good as my actions. Caving is not an option in this plan-Eafman 7/11

I am not cured. I will quit one day at a time. I will continue to do what works. Posting roll everyday. To do otherwise would be foolish on my part. You can do this-Ready 12/11

To overcome your addiction you must comprehend what it means to fail-Razd 3/12

Theres a lot of people that come here, especially vets, that WANT to be reminded that they are addicts.-Tarpon 6/12

Just as a building starts with architectural drawings. Your daily quit begins with a promise.-Scowick 2/13

Here and now, focused on today, minute by minute, whatever it takes, I promise to all my bros and myself not to become a negative stat and stay quit!-krok 1/15

I want everyone to be quit. Even the assholes.-Probe1957 1/18

Ignoring history or erasing history fixes nothing and leads you inevitably down the same path.-69franx 04/30/2021
