Hi, my name is Derrik. I have been quit for a day now and I think it's time I introduce myself. I have a very extreme problem with chew, and seeing this site, I realized I'm not (wasn't) the only one. I'm proud too say I'm making my quit early, because I'm young. I've only been chewing for a year.
Hi Derrick, welcome to March 2013 quit group.

Even after 'only' a year of using get ready for a fight. It may be easier for you due to the time using, but it will be battle.

Drink lots of water, get some exercise change up your routine, all will help. The first couple of days are the most intense.

Post roll and start reading the site. When you are ready to swap numbers shoot me a pm.

Welcome to KTC, D Rock. Like the handle, that's what I call my boy when I'm not calling him a Jackass. haha

Listen to Taz, get his number and as many as you can. Post roll EVERY day. It works even if it doesn't make sense to you now. Do it first thing every morning and keep you promise all day. Go to sleep. Wake up and do it again.

Get in chat when you can. It helps more than you'll believe. Read as much as you can on here. You are not alone and you can do this.

I quit with you today.

Welcome to the family. Listen to what these boy's tell ya, they know there shit. Post roll early everyday and make your promise not to use. I wish I would have quit young, I started when I was 15 year's old and 12 years later I was still killing myself slowly with that nasty shit, then 93 day's ago I found this site and have been quitting daily since. Congratulation's on Quitting. I quit with you today. If you need anything at all just pm me.

Welcome Derrick .

This will be the best decision you have ever made if you stick with it. To make sure you stick with it be sure to post the roll every day. Do it as early as possible. This is your pledge and promise to us your quit brothers and to yourself that you will not use nicotine in any form today. When you sign that roll y ou have given your word. You want to be a man of your word derrick.

We will all be here to help you. It doesn't matter if you have been chewing a year or 36 years like myself. The addiction is the same and the Nic Bitch will be whispering sweet nothings in your ear for the next few days. Push through, ignore her, cuss her like the bitch she is. Call me or text me if you need extra support. I'll pm you with my numbers.

again, Welcome aboard.

Mike
