JW, lots of Marines and LE on the site. The addiction is real, but you can control it as we all have. Go to the April 2017 quit group and post roll with those guys first thing every morning. Drink lots of water. Exercise through craves. Rage here instead of at home or work.

You can free yourself, it'll suck for a while. But it gets better.
I do appreciate it. I know it is going to be tough but just something im going to have to suck up and do!

Thanks again!

New Memeber Quit for 3 days now
« on: January 07, 2017, 04:06:00 PM »
Well after 25 years of dipping and off and on with the quiting thing for the past 5 years. I have officially made Jan 4, 2017 as my new quit date and plan on doing it this time. You know the hardest thing for me is being a Law Enforcement officer and a former US Marine, I have found this to be one of the hardest things I have ever done. I work at night now and with my busy nights I have, I also use dipping as a way to calm myself down or else I use it as a cop out I should say. I really want to kick it for good now and want to stop using it as an excuse! Thanks guys and good luck to everyone out there trying to kick this habit. I have had doctors in the past tell me that quiting snuff is like rehabbing a herion addict, CRAZY!
