Well Im finally here. Decided to quit some time ago but have never really put the effort in.
Today is the day.
My name is Scott Zaleski
I have chewed for 22 years and was up to a couple of tins( the bear) a day. I'm sick over all the money I have wasted over the years.
I had a scare over the weekedn with high blood pressure 180/105 that is most likely because of my chewing. Doctor checked me out and sent me home but advised to loose weight and quit chewing.
checked my blood pressure in morning before chewing and it was normal 138/81 but skyrocketed after chewing.
I am quitting for good today. Plan to take a vacation and buy a duck boat with the money I save.

I will post to roll call everyday but it will be at different times as I work midnights as a police officer.
Any wise words of wisdom will be appreciated.
Thanks
Scott
Welcome. I just need to know one thing. Is your word good? If it is, you post roll call every day. Worry about this shit one day at a time. You give us your word (posting Roll Call) and you follow through. Pretty easy concept that you will find to be very effective IF your word is good.

As for advise.......Get ready for a few days of complete hell. Stock up on gum, seed etc. You get angry and need to rage, come here and rage on us. Your family doesn't deserve it.

I'll wait for you answer to my only question.
Fuck me in the goat ass!!!
