DAY 237

Officially now into unchartered quit waters. Never been quit this long, never felt this strong in my quit. KTC works people, I continue to feel gratitude and honor towards a complete set of strangers who help save my life one day at a time. Thanks KTC

Hey everyone,
Finally making this official! I QUIT!
Started dipping in high school with friends and stayed on the cheap wintergreen griz for 16 years which is almost half of my life. That makes me sick to even write that.
Been hiding it from my family for the past 6 years trying to quit and always having my last one.

Planned to stop in college, planned to stop once married, planned to stop when I had kids.
No more planning...just quitting.

IÂ’ve ruined my ability to simply enjoy a good movie, play video games, fish or drive because those donÂ’t feel the same without a dip, but IÂ’m not going to ruin my family or shorten my life for this addiction any longer.
I hate this stuff and IÂ’m done!
