This site helped me the first time so I figured if I was going to go though all the way this time it would be better if I became part of this site so I had some support.
You said this site helped you the first time, did you post roll the first time?

Nick,
This isn't a game that you watch from the sidelines and hope for hail Mary plays, you got to get some skin in the game. The word game is a reference only because this aint no game. This shit can kill you being 21 you think you are invincible but you are not you are just young that's all. Get involved post roll daily hold yourself accountable get numbers post in your thread if you have any left in the tank help others.

This site didn't help you do shit because you didn't drink the Kool-Aid last time and I hope you are not calling the summer off a quit. That was a stoppage. I suggest you read the material this time for clarity and understanding not as a spectator on the sidelines. You are 21 I have only seen one make it to the HOF at that age in my time on this site.

Be the second and do it one day at a time...ODAAT...forever is to far out to visualize.

I have busted your balls I hope you have listened PM me if you need numbers.

You have support here. Post roll every day, listen to the vets and when they are hard on you it is for your benefit. this community will only be serious about you if you are serious. I'm twenty days in and it that is a drop of success compared to the waterfalls of quitters that are here to offer aid. Trade phone numbers with people in your quit group, shoot me a personal message if you want to swap digits or need anything.

Hello everyone, my name is Nick and I am 21 years old. I had my first dip when I was 15 years old. It has taken my life over ever since. A few years ago i tried to quit and made it though one whole summer but I eventually fell back into it. This site helped me the first time so I figured if I was going to go though all the way this time it would be better if I became part of this site so I had some support.

The past few weeks I have been getting pains in my mouth and numbness and it is scaring me so I decided to never dip again on the 7th and threw the rest of my dip in the trash. I've been looking for support through my gf who quit a few months back but I need more so here I am.
sounds good, you need to use your old username, if you can't remember your password pm a mod or ask for help here, someone will track a mod down for you. what was your last group? do they know you're back?

I'm glad you're back, this place works, stick around this time
I never made an account last time, i just read the forums and took some tips
Heres a tip this time 'Finger' Learn that you are an addict and Nic is a fuckin poison. do you get this tip?

Welcome Nick glad you decided to do this. If you have any fears, I always say the best advice is to get checked out for sure.
Welcome to KTC my friend and congrats on quitting. It is the best decision you could possibly make. Just take it one day at a time and if you need anything at all feel free to pm me.
