Congrats on making a great choice!!! Post roll, keep your word and live free. That's all there is to it. Read everything on this site...then read it again. You're deep in the fog today. But it gets better. Nobody gets freedom for the asking. You have to earn it. And you're doing it...ONE DAY AT A TIME.

Been a user for over 17 years now. Quit once for a year and it took just one simple
Can that got me back on it again. Determined to quit for good now!!! Hope this helps.
