Quitting today
« on: February 21, 2012, 07:47:00 AM »
Hey guys,

Been on the site a few times just looking around about a month or so ago.
Ended up quitting for 4 days before I went camping with some buddies put that shit back in my face. I decided to register, get some support and follow thru with it this time.

Anyways, been chewing for 10 years (since I was 14). Snuck my first dip out of my old man's can. Chew about a can a day now, started out with Skoal mint with a few cans of Cope long cut laced in there a few times a week. About 2 years ago switched to Grizzly mint.

Usually if I'm doing something besides sleeping I have a dip in my face.

Anyways I'm sick of it. Sick of worrying about if I got enough to last the day. Sick of the late night runs to the store for that one last dip before bed. Sick of looking in the mirror and watching my teeth getting more yellow by the day. Sick of the constant sore throat (no spitters for this guy). But most of all I'm sick of worrying if my two year old son will have his dad around long enough to teach him right from wrong.

Sorry for the long winded introduction, just wanted to give some background.
Thanks for the help in advance.

I fucking quit!

Corey
