Damn right. No more making up fake errands to run, hiding from wife/kids, taking super-long showers just to get a dip in. You're free. And freedom feels good. Never give it up!
Sure, Bean. Thanks for your support. Will never give it up.

That's really all you have to say. Day 6 was still very foggy for me...I think I forgot my own name for a few weeks. Remember...the fog is the feeling of healing. You got this!

If you still need help, just ask and the mods will send instructions to your inbox. I'd do it, but I have a problem...I'm too stooopid.

Don't think about tomorrow, next week or whatever...only today. Today is all that matters. We'll deal with the future when it gets here. But all that really matters is that you're quit for today.
Thanks, Bean. I'm damn hungry now. Pity dinosaurs are extinct ;)

Congrats on a great choice. I've heard Nic is out of your system after 3 or 4 days. You're running clean now. Feels pretty damn good to say that, huh?

You can obviously do this. YOU JUST NEED TO POST ROLL. That is where the mutual accountability comes in. You've taken the first step, let us help you with the rest. ONE DAY AT A TIME, BROTHER!

Yo Cool, I see that you were lurking without posting roll. Coming on here and not drinking the kool-aid or not posting roll is kinda like getting a chubby and not even touching it, it just doesn't make a whole lot of sense!
This is where you'll want to post roll. Make some friends, exchange some #'s, you won't regret it. Join us, won't you. IF you want to save your life from that nicotine bitch that has controlled your life, then jump in with both feet, if not, then as they say in 'ol Mexico, AMF.

On day 5 now. Can't say it's going good. Cravings still strong as ever.
I started using tobacco (cigs) 14 years ago. Started dipping 6 years ago. I could stay out of tobacco for days when I used to smoke, but with dipping, it's almost impossible. Today I'm amazed and I still can't believe that I haven't been dipping for the past 5 days.
Wish me luck..give me the strength!!
No luck needed man.

Being quit is about planning and your actions. If you plan to be quit, you increase your chances of being quit. Think about your weak situations. Think about when you'll be strong. In either case, know what you're doing. Then...all you have to do is act.

There one person in this world that can make you quit: you. We can help. Well quit with yA. We'll set you up for success. We'll have your back when you need it. But you are point man in this.

If you haven't already, heck out how to post roll. That's what our program is based on. It's our promise to not use nicotine. Got any questions? Ask up. Look forward to getting to know you.
In the end I Surrender, I and I alone accept that I have and always will have a Nicotene ADDICTION. It is my choice to quit, but I can't do it alone. I get to go down this path one time, I want to do it right. I recognize that my word, my integrety to you is on the line and is only as good as my actions. Caving is not an option in this plan-Eafman 7/11

I am not cured. I will quit one day at a time. I will continue to do what works. Posting roll everyday. To do otherwise would be foolish on my part. You can do this-Ready 12/11

To overcome your addiction you must comprehend what it means to fail-Razd 3/12

Theres a lot of people that come here, especially vets, that WANT to be reminded that they are addicts.-Tarpon 6/12

Just as a building starts with architectural drawings. Your daily quit begins with a promise.-Scowick 2/13

Here and now, focused on today, minute by minute, whatever it takes, I promise to all my bros and myself not to become a negative stat and stay quit!-krok 1/15

I want everyone to be quit. Even the assholes.-Probe1957 1/18
