Day 3 - Wake up to a headache! Looks like today will be rough!!
My worst day without the poison is better than my best day with it. You got this man. Fill that head with quit knowledge. Learn everything you can on nicotine/addiction. Knowledge is power. I make you a promise. It's worth it my friend.
For the first time in years your brain is healing. It's also getting the oxygen you've been depriving it of. It's going to get real for a while, but in time you will kick yourself right in the a-- for ever putting the poison in your pie hole. Glad to be quit with you.
Get a lot of water in you today and take a couple motrin/aspirin. That will help. Need to stay hydrated. As one of my brothers always says.... if you walk past a restroom and don't need to make a pit stop -- you are not drinking enough.
Try to stay active today. Don't sit around thinking about your headache. Push yourself to move thru it!
This sounds a lot like my day 3. You can get through this brother! Your doing great!
You are pushing the nicotine out of your system. 3-4 days to clean it out and you are on the tail end of that.
Fight today! I am quit with you all day long!
