Welcome aboard EH. Congrats on making the decision to man up and take control of your addiction instead of letting it control you. Follow the simple three step process that has been proven successful countless times already, and you can get thru it..

Embrace the suck of the first three days. You'll only have to go thru it once!

Good decision, eh. Glad to be quit with you today. If you had the balls to dump all your stuff, then I'm sure you've got the balls to make it through today nicotine-free and show up tomorrow and promise to do it again. You've got this.
Quit Day: 6/20/2011
1st Floor: 9/27/2011

YOU GET TO DECIDE WHETHER A "TRIGGER" BECOMES AN EXCUSE TO CAVE OR AN OPPORTUNITY TO STRENGTHEN YOUR QUIT, AND YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT EXCUSES...

You have the thick stench of quit on you. I'm not going to lie...it kind of makes me hot.

Read. Read. Read. Reach out. Get to know folks. Post roll. Everyday. No fucking around. This is your life. Make it a priority to save. Get some resolve going. Get some accountability going. Sounds like you have backbone. You've made a great decision and you've done so in outstanding fashion. I welcome you.

been half heartedly thinking about quitting for about 2 months now, been digging for new excuses to put it off another day this whole time. the latest was waiting for my fake dip to come in the mail. then it hit me. i must be some kind of gigantic pussy. took a good long look in the mirror, threw out 20 cans of fake dip along with 3 tins of skoal then found this site. done thinking about quitting and looking for an easier way to do it. sacking up.
