Hey guys and gals! Ready to 'Remshot' this shit in the ass! Sorry couldn't resist, the little shooting dude caught my eye. Been chewing 30 yrs+. I've probably seen it all, chewed it all, spit enough to fill a pond and grossed enough chicks out in my time that this shit is beyond old. I've lurked on here for a couple of weeks and quit using today. I've tried a few times in the past over the years but always found my way back to it again. This organization is just what I need, every bit helps and if I can make a few friends to keep each other from using then fantastic! Goodbye Cope, you can kiss my ass you poisonous dickweed! cowboy
Nocandoo - if you've been lurking, you should have some idea about how KTC works, and that your next step needs to be posting roll in the September quit group.

Don't be afraid of screwing it up - the only way to truly mess up roll is to not be on it. There's a video available about Posting Roll on KTC Kill the Can if you that helps.

I'll be looking for you in September.
Shooting = good. Nicotine = bad.

Simple, but bumpy to get there. Do as suggested and join the September 2017 quit group. (You'll be 100 days quit then).

Meantime, drink lots of water. Exercise until you drop. Read the site, check out chat, share your digits with quitters in your month. It seems like a cult, but nicotine addiction is a serious deal.

I quit after 35 years of life as you described. You can do this. Get your quit on, and quit today. The wake tomorrow and quit again.
You got roll right!! That's a hurdle for a lot of people, trust me. Do us September boys a favor, since you're one of us now. At the top of roll, you'll see a section with all our usernames and about half of them have two or three names beside them. Those people are the ones we are texting every day to double up on the accountability. We are taking this shit SUPER serious - like life or death serious, because it is - so we are asking people to stay personally accountable to two or three other people. Some overachievers like JRan are going to text every damn body in the whole group ( ;) ), but all you have to do is exchange numbers with two or three others. Glad you're here. We're going to kick this shit's ass together.
