hey guys, im blu. ive been chewing for a three years now and now ive decided to quit. I just looked up nicorette gum as an option for the first 2 weeks. any advice? I recently have cut back a lot on my chewing, i was never a can a day dipper but i have been through some recent troubles and my dippin frequency is going up. Me and a few of my buddies dip and now we have been talking about quiting and now I plan to start. I wanna kick this habit and I am starting tomorrow as my first whole day without dip. I have got some sunflower seeds, jolly ranchers, life savers to help me with the oral fixation part. Should i try nicorette gum for intense cravings? or is that a bad idea? and could someone point me the right way to post on this site. thanks in advance

You don't need nicotine. AT ALL.
Here at the KTC, we quit cold turkey. That means we don't use any nicotine vehicles at all. We have a simple system for quitting:
Post roll.
Keep our word.
Repeat.
We quit one day at a time, and we control our actions. We are not controlled by a poisonous plant.

Go flush all of your stash down the toilet and start. RIGHT FUCKING NOW.
