I've chewed for 36 yrs. From the time my feet hit the floor to the time I went to bed. I was what I call a chain chewer. Take the dip out and right away put a new one in. My mouth started getting sore, the gums around my front teeth ( 2 of them ) is gone. Had it checked out nothing dangerous as far as cancer but enough of a wake up call. So I quit on nov. 14th 2012.
I'm sure my story is similar to many but I want to thank people in advance for their support. We are told from an early age that we're not supposed to quit something we start, well this is one time I'm quitting with no regrets.
I will say so far the road has been tough but I'm doing .
Thanks,
PapaBear.
