My name is Mike and i have been addicted for almost 4 years. The last year or so i was using at least a tin to 1.5 a day. I am a 21 year old college athlete so my health is very important. My family has had a history of cancer and just recently a relative passed away from it. That was a big enough wakeup call..Today is the day
MN Welcome, Jeez we got the newbs, just coming out of the woodwork! Welcome to your quit man! I know one thing for sure nic did not make you a better athlete! OK hang on to your balls cause your next few days are going to BLOW! Get your seeds, gum, candy fake snuff whatever ready. Drink water until you cant drink anymore. Your an athletic guy, so I would suggest every time you want a chew, drop down and knock out 25 push-ups.

Hit the welcome center and settle in a read. The more time you spend here and the more active you get the more success you will have, I can promise you that.

OH shit, almost forgot....Roll, post it every day. Get close to your other bad ass July quitters and get names and numbers, failure is not an option. If I can do it 24 year dipper everyday you can do it. Be accountable, own your quit. I quit with you today.
