I'm not going to lie, it is tough and you will be tested. Every.single.day! However, you got this! There is a lot of love and support here. If you need anything please PM me. We're here for you.

Tennessee,

First week is going to be hell but it is worth it. Best advice is to engage as much as possible with KTC. Your fellow November 18 quitters who are in the same stage as you as well as vets who have been at this for a long time. You're one of the original members from here on out of November 18 if you keep your promise, so reach out to new people as they come in after you. Having people to engage with makes this quit more real for you. Here if you need anything.

Hey Tennessee, I'm glad to see that you've made the choice to break free from this pointless addiction. You will find lots of support here, it may be "tough love" at some times but it's the support that we need. You will be in the November Group. Go in there and post day 1, there's instructions on how to post roll here. Proud to quit with you

Hey, I'm a quitter. Just turned 55. Today is my wife's B-Day so my gift to ME is to quit. To be around. To heal up and one day be grandpa. I'm not sick I'm just tired. I work from home, so I got me now I got all y'all. I have a project truck 72 C10 longbed, I hunt, shoot, mow, hang out. I need the support, thank you for what you give.
