Everyone on this site from the new guys to the vets are here to help! Keep active on the message boards and talk to your fellow brothers; it helps not only early in the quit but helps build accountability!!

Welcome Chris. Congrats on making a great decision. You can do this One day at a time.
We both quit on the same day ... Be seeing down the road brother... Got some good exercise today and feeling a bit better. Lot of water and sunflower seeds this afternoon .. Looking forward to my Day 3 Roll call in the morning .....you are not alone.
