Welcome Chris. Congrats on making a great decision. You can do this One day at a time.
We both quit on the same day ... Be seeing down the road brother... Got some good exercise today and feeling a bit better. Lot of water and sunflower seeds this afternoon .. Looking forward to my Day 3 Roll call in the morning .....you are not alone.

Hello and I'm Chris....an nicotine addict! I'm planning on quitting and to stay quit! I will need support from the group and a few good people to reach out and talk to on my journey! I'd also like to add that I will be able to provide the same as well....thanks
