I been quit since Dec. 10.It was not a problem quitting the nic, but the physical habit is a monster.I used the herbal to get me by but I,m chewing tht sht like crazy.Now it,s time to let that part go.No gum no herbal no candy no nothing.God help me.

Here is my take on your situation. Why are you giving up any help with the oral fixation? I'm on day 164 and I still chew gum and eat seeds daily. Not as much as early on in my Quit but I still use them. Bottom line is that each day goes by without me stuffing poison in my face.
A lot of people on the site swear by the fake stuff. Personally, I found it to be too much like the real stuff. Not physically but mentally. I wanted to break away from the "rituals" of the can. Things like packing the can, opening it with my thumb nail, keeping it in my back pocket, always patting my ass to make sure it's there and freaking out when it wasn't.
If you're looking to stop the fake stuff then I would continue to use sugar-free gum, seeds, candy, whatever it takes to put that to bed also.
Bottom line is that priority #1 is that you don't put nicotine in your body. The rest of that bullshit will take care of itself.
Get it done!!
