Don't worry about screwing up roll. Almost all of us did when we started. It takes a few tries to get it, and everybody understands newbies screwing it up.

The only way to screw up roll is by not being on roll.

Day 29 nicotine free. Everyday is a conscious decision to quit. I appreciate the help of this site but haven't figured it all out yet. I like reading members success stories.
