Hello sir. Welcome aboard.
Congratulations on making a brilliant decision, at a relatively young age. You will never regret quitting. Ever.
Did anyone else buy a tin a day? Yeah, I did. Because I was going to quit every day! For 25 years! I threw out so many tins at 70mph on the highway that I'm shocked to not pass Kodiak Mountain on my drive home.
1,985 days ago I found this place and I joined it. I was a mental and emotional wreck. Some bad ass guys helped me walk threw the first few weeks, and then things got better. Slowly, but better. We quit as a team here... for years I'd let myself down every day, but I couldn't let my team down. I couldn't fail these brothers that helped me, that coached me, that led me... and little by little... I found freedom. I know this probably sounds lame, but dude... I can't describe the sense of peace that there is not being terrified of running out... of dashing frantically to store after store looking for your brand... of dashing to the car to make sure a spit bottle isn't there when someone is going to ride with you... the list goes on and on...
One day at a time, I've posted roll daily. Haven't missed a day. And I won't. I hope you do the same. Freedom is yours for the taking if you follow the plan. It is, by far, the best thing I've ever done for myself and my family.
If I can help at all, shoot me a PM with your number. It is great to quit together, on a winning team.
