Congrats on 2 weeks!!! I don't know what it is about "2 weeks" but that is when I felt like I needed to unload on this site, too. I wrote something through teary eyes when I thought of what I had done, who means the most to me now that nic is out of my life, etc.

You know, the important stuff in life...my wife, my two children. That was a seriouse milestone for me. I hope it is for you too. Congrats and NEVER AGAIN brother!!!

Wow, that's all i can say right now. 2 full weeks without any nicotine or tobacco in my body. At the beginning of my quit i had full on craves, mood-swings and it sucked. Now that i gotten past all that but they have been hiding with that NIC bitch we all hate. I still feel like i got 2 personalities but i hear thats normal to me it doesn't . I like to thank the Live chat that gotten me through 2 weeks and i will still be going to chat because i won the 2 week battle but i haven't won the war yet.
I would like to thank :

The Live chat- you guys are always there for me
Colton- You crazy SOB you always crack me up when im feeling down
LUke-I meet you in the first day i went into chat and you took me under your wing and i talked to me when i have bad cravings. thanks man
Greg- thanks for showing support man This nic bitch is a real bitch gotta stay away from it
TN- i will always be in front of you man. i am not gonna cave and and let you be in front of me man. THis game is keeping me going

do whatever it takes to curb the cravings. fake stuff. seeds. a tea bag if you have to. chew on straws. water. it gets better every day.

the one good thing dude is everyone on here was as sick or sicker than you, with long time habits. I was 2 tins a day for 15 years. never thought i could quit. almost at 600 days. just keep at it and stay close to the site.

I get confused with the "Ctrl" functions. Basically highlight the text in the bottom box and hit Cut, then paste it into the top box. Then add your name and # of days at the bottom of the list.

Step 1 - Find the last Roll Call
Step 2 - Hit the "Quote" button in the upper right hand corner.
Step 3 - Click your mouse ANYWHERE in The bottom Box
