How was Day 3?
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

Not much sleep last night but not feeling all that bad this morning. After all it's not about how shitty I feel today. It's about how good I'll feel tomorrow. Quit On!
Losing a little sleep is alot better than losing half a lip! Post roll EDD! ODAAT! You can do this! We all are right here with you! Own it! You will struggle, we all have and still are,but it definitely gets easier and farther apart! Yell out if you need help, we're here.
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

Stick with it friend. It will get easier. Not for a while, but it will get easier. You're electing to keep your face!! Isn't that reason enough to fight through it? I'm with you, and everyone here is with you and fighting every single day to defeat the whore.

It only lasted a few hours. 9:34 and all is good in the world. Made it through another day. Off to bed soon. Take care and goodnight all.

7:52 Pure misery. Head feels like it's going to explode, dizzy, slow, can't think straight. Just a few more hours until I can go to bed. Hope I can sleep through this hell. Arguing with myself, "One rub can take this all away" VS " One rub and I'll have to go through all this again". Ugh!!
Staying strong, almost the end of day 2... How lame is that!! Almost 2 whole days.
Cmon Rev grab your sac and man up! I promise you will not die! Dammit I'm counting on you! You think it was any easier for me. Just in case you're wondering, f$k no! But I wanted this 38 years a slave, no more! 142 days later and I'm here with you because I give a shit! Do this, you can!

Thanks everyone for your words of encouragement. It's 6pm here in AZ and I have to say my second day hasn't been that bad, until now. Just ate a nice steak and baked potato now my cravings for my after dinner snuff are going through the roof. Getting a bit anxious!! But all I have to do is tell myself, You Don't Need It.

So I'm off to get some gum and get out of the house for a few to try to curb the cravings.
Also, my tongue is feeling a bit numb, I found that to be a bit odd.
Steak is delicious. Had to get that out of the way.

Anyway, on day 2 your brain fucks with you in all sorts of ways. Numb tongue included. One day at a time it gets better. Nice start dude. Welcome aboard!

Use the forums as your personal "nic rage" area. I'd rather have you go off on me then your family and friends, becuase we have all had a Day 1 and 2. Get some numbers to text as well, that helps.

The End Of My First Day Quit
« on: May 18, 2015, 03:38:00 AM »
Well it is officially 12:33 am in Arizona, which means I've made it one full day. Can't say that I'm happy, actually I'm quite pissed off!! But one day at a time, I know the anger will fade. 20 years on this crap is enough!
This is my first post and I hope that being on these forums will help with the withdrawals.
