I forgot to mention the first 3-4 days SUCK ASS. Well to be exact, I'm on day 12 and day 12 sucks ass too. Sunflower seeds and Smokey Mountain are working wonders for me. Drink lots of water too.

Huskers,
Good for you, you can do it. 1 day at a time. It took me 22 years to figure out I should quit. Now I feel great. keep it up!

Fuskers aren't smart enough to post roll. Is it football season yet?

Post roll man, don't just drop hit-n-run posts, invest in the community.

Husker,
If you post your day # and promiss to stay clean in the quit octobers in the quit section, somebody will bump it into the list for you. Just ask nicely.

Welcome aboard, stay quit and PM me if you need numbers. As Real Logan said, the best decision you will ever make!!!!! Now lets get on quitting.

Nobody said it was easy and the first few days REALLY sucks but it will pass.

Way to go on quitting 2 years into this terrible addiction. What I would give to have put the stuff to rest after 2 years of using, but no, I had to abuse myself for 10 long years.

Stay strong buddy. It does get easier and better. Just make it through today and today only. We can worry about tomorrow when it gets here.

PM me if you have any questions or if you need to yell at somebody.

P.S. Gum, sunflower seeds, lots and lots of water, and exercise are a quitters best friends.

Welcome huskers. You made a great decision to quit. Make sure you hit the Welcome Center in the upper left (the feminine pink link). Get a sense of what goes on here.

To have a strong quit that can withstand viscous nic bitch attacks I suggest the following:

Read. Read every damn thing on this site. I mean it. Absolutely everything. Welcome Center, HOFs, Wisdom, Inrtros, everything.

Post roll every day early. This is your pledge that you will not use nicotine today. Are you a man of your word? I need to hear that you are.

Get involved. The more folks you know here, the more accountability you will have going. The safer your quit will be.

So if you have had your last dip and think you can accept our program, I welcome you to your quit.
