Jstock - Did you figure out posting roll?  That is what we do. You have the link in RDB’s reply. Do it brother, then wake up tomorrow and do it again. WUPP, wake up piss post. The early part of the quit blows big donkey dick, but it is a million times better than eating cat shit all day.  Once you can see straight get on here and tell us about yourself.

What is your quit plan? Share your number over PM’s with people, it’s weird at first, but these are all guys that are going or have gone through everything you are feeling right now....the fog, the fuck its, the fuck you’s, the what the hell is my name again days.   We’ve been there reach out, rant, talk, text, just stay quit.

Get to know your group, and get digits, they will literally save your life.

Welcome. Congrats on making it five days on your own.

If you want to get the most out of this site, join your quit group here - https://forum.killthecan.org/index.php?topic=14117.0

Go there, learn to post roll. By posting roll, you make a solemn promise to yourself, other members of your quit group, and other KTC members posting support that you will not use nicotine in any form for the rest of the day. Then, you come back tomorrow and do the same thing. We quit one day at a time here, quit for 24 hours, and quit again for another 24 hours each day.

We also exchange digits (phone numbers) for extra support. That way, you have an emergency contact number in case you are facing a situation where you are afraid you may cave.

Spend as much time here as you can, getting to know the guys in your group, reading old posts like HOF Speeches, other Intros, and information on the main KTC site.

The support here is tremendous, but you need to make the effort to receive it. It's like having an insurance policy.

Proud to quit with you.
