Welcome. Nice job posting roll, and congrats making it seven days on your own.

Things will get better. Slowly, but surely. Thirty plus years is a long time, and at will take a while to rewire your brain to carry on normally without nicotine.

Get to know the guys in your group. April is shaping up to be a great group - April is the best month here at KTC. Exchange digits with guys in your group, and some vets as well. Mine are just a PM away.
