Welcome Jascha! You've come to the right place. I see you've found your Rocktober quit group and posted your promise for today and that's awesome. You also might want to join the Rocktober Group Me and start getting to know the folks in your quit group. I will also DM you my digits if you need help getting through the craves. I'm glad you made it here, bro. It's the best thing you you could possibly do for yourself and your family.
Best regards,

Introduction

Hello everyone, although this is my first post I quit on july 19, 2019 making today 53 days quit. I have chewed since I was 15 became really hooked by age 16, I am now 31 making it about 15 years addicted. I always chewed grizzly wintergreen.
I was hockey player back in the day. I have always been an outdoorsman, hunting and fishing. I have a lovely wife and a beautiful 3 year old daughter.

I have quit a few times before a couple months once then almost 5 months 2 years ago. Their are so many reasons why I decided to quit for good this time, the main one is I started to really feel like I wasn't in control anymore. There is no turning back for me, I will not go back to nicotine.
