Day 66 Intro
May seem odd it took 66 days to join. I have read a bit on the site witch helped along the way. But I was a ninja dipper so I ninja quit. I have stopped before without much problem. But holy hell the last 66 days have been miserable. Anxiety sucks, sleepless nights suck but I have been pushing through. I remind myself often to remember these days so it never happens again.

@Done09     Great decision joining KTC. Here is the link to your group to start posting daily roll https://ktcforum.org/index.php?action=post;quote=7589463;topic=15827.0 .  We wake up, piss, and post roll first thing everyday. Then we keep our promise for the day to stay nic free. Repeat the process the next day. Fellow quitters will reach out to you so check your messages and you should exchange digits will other quitters through the messaging system - not on the forum. Those relationships, if developed, will be huge in helping you stay quit. You have taken the first step. Are you going to follow through? You can do this if you follow the program.

What happened? I saw you on roll. Why didn't you post?
@Done09
I sent you a PM with my digits.  Let me know if you need help posting roll.  We would love to have you join our December quit group and post roll with us.
