Welcome Eric. 88 days on your own is badass.

You found the May Quit Group found here: https://ktcforum.org/index.php?topic=16257.0 ?

Go there, and find the most recent roll post. Click "Quote" and post your promise.

Don't worry about screwing it up. The only way to screw up posting roll is by not being on roll.

You'll be joining your Quit Group right in the middle of their HOF celebration. Yours will be celebrated in 12 days if you join.

This place works if you take what works for you, and leave the rest. Log on and post roll first thing in the morning. Get to know the members in your group and exchange digits (phone numbers). Exchange digits with a few vets too. Mine are a PM away.

Proud to quit with you.

On my on since February
« on: May 18, 2020, 05:00:30 PM »
After 21 years i put the can down on February 20, 2020. I got a stomach bug and just didnt want i while sick, and decided not to pick it back up again.  Copenhagen and Grizzly wintergreen was my dip of choice for most of that time. I've been doing pretty good on my on until recently. Ive been reading stuff on this site off and on since the start of my quit. Im starting to have some physical and emotional changes that are hard to cope with and decided to join, maybe get some help and support to get me through this. Thanks guys, name is Eric btw.

Also, Im a little confused about joining a quit group. I found my dates, and entered the chat, but there was no way for me to post and introduce myself.
