@superrupe here is the link to your freedom https://ktcforum.org/index.php?topic=16478.0. Go post roll in the September 2020 group and start taking your life back. We wake up, piss, and post our promise to stay nicotine free for the day. Then keep your word. Only worry about today. We will deal with tomorrow when it gets here. Make some relationships as they will be huge in difficult times. Brother/Sisterhood + Accountability = Success. We all need help to stay clean. However, only exchange digits through personal messages and not on the forum or here in the Intro section. You can do this and we are here to help. Reach out if I can be of assistance.

Welcome to KTC, @superrupe. Hope this finds you still quit. Follow Redneb's advice and get yourself on over to the September 2020 Quitters group and post your promise for today. If you need advice, just ask. If you need to tag someone to get their attention, just use the @ symbol in front of their username. Read up on some of the articles, HoF speeches, etc. to see what it's all about here if you haven't already done so.

Getting in your group and forming the accountability bonds that will help you stay quit is critical to the KTC life. Make that promise early, and keep that promise to not use nicotine in any form. It works, dude.

Congrats on the decision to quit, stick with it and you’ll find it was the best decision you’ve ever made. It’ll be a tough few weeks, but just keep it going and add those days. You’ll find it get easier, promise. You want to head over and post that promise in the Sept. ‘20 group.

Day 2
« on: June 09, 2020, 03:27:26 PM »
Hey all,

I am 2 days in of being completely free of dip. I have been dipping for nearly 19 years; more than half of my life. It's been in every aspect of life from high school baseball to the Army and having to hide it at my civilian job, haha! My wife wouldn't kiss me if I had a dip in. My dad just had a root canal and I can only imagine the dental work I'd need if I continue. I'm also excited about the money I will be saving at $5.50 / can a day.

But most importantly, I'm just done. I'm tired of it owning me. I'm tired of having to find a spitter and then spilling that damn thing. I'm tired of having to go to the gas station. I'm tired of my gums hurting. I'm tired of doing projects and having to stop to spit. I'm just done.

With 2 days in, I feel some cravings, increased hunger and some anger / irritability. My wife definitely notices the irritability but she is very supportive.

Anyways, that's me. Here to no more Copenhagen!
