I have been dipping since I was 16 it has been 9 years now I was up to a can of Cope WG a day. It was controlling so much of my life I found KTC and quit cold turkey 3 days ago. Reading the HOF articles today almost brought be to tears pretty cool to find people that understand. Looking forward to making it to the HOF one day. I was trying to figure out of how to post Roll and get into a quit group but I could not figure it out. Anyways happy to be here. Day 3.

Hey @Quit2021CRN .  Welcome!  I had a similar experience when I found this place.  Lurked for a while.  Read a lot and cried quite a bit.  Ultimately joined up and haven't looked back since.  That's after almost 30 years of use and multiple quit attempts.

This place works if you are willing to buy in.  If you had your last dip 3 days ago (Jan 23?) you will be in the new May '21 quit group.  In fact, I think you will be the first to join.  Here's the link: https://ktcforum.org/index.php?topic=16907.0

Scroll down past the informational post to the latest roll post.  Click the "Quote" button at the top right.  Type your handle, day count and promise and that's that.  Don't worry if you mess it up...we've all been there and there's always someone around to fix it.

My advise: post early every day.  Make connections with folks in your group and the vets that will be lurking to lend a hand.  Once you make your promise, we will hold you to it and expect the same from you.  Not easy but pretty simple.  You'll figure the rest out as you go.  Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything or have questions.

Proud to be quit with you today my friend
