Welcome, my fellow quitter! Remember these things:
1. Own your quit. This is about you, nobody else.
2. Don't worry about tomorrow. Your promise is for 24 hours. Post your promise early and keep it ODAAT (One Day At A Time).
3. Read all you can on this site. There are miles of wisdom and experience here. Use it to your advantage.
4. Make connections with other quitters. Trade digits via Private Messaging.
5. Maintain accountability. We hold you to your promise; you hold us to ours.

and most importantly...

6. KEEP YOUR FUCKING WORD. It's all we have of yours. Make it worth something.

The KTC formula is simple, @6YearsAndReady : Brotherhood + Accountability = Success

I'm proud to be quit with you.

GS9502 - 490 days of rock-hard quit and counting ODAAT.

Thank you for your service! Here's to the army and navy, and the battles they have won. Here's to America's colors, the colors that never run. May the wings of Liberty never lose a feather! small-usflag

Hey All,

Starting the life time journey.... Tried before with not much luck made it about a month so know I can do it just want it to be done with this shit.

Been dipping for the past 6 years and it is affecting my relationship with the constant lying and hiding. Other than this one thing I feel like I have my life under control.

Live in MA and actually drove to NH (1 1/2 hrs) to get my vice cope wintergreen so I know that there are no limits to my addiction. Currently active military and like the accountability aspect of this group. Thanks for having me.

Listen to these badass quitters!

Welcome to KTC.  You just made one of the best decisions of your life.  And quitting this poison at a young age makes you 10,000 times smarter than me and a lot of other people here.

One day at a time.  Just get through today.  Take each day as it comes.  Read everything you can about this addiction:  understand your enemy.  Make those daily promises, keep those daily promises.

You've got this!

Welcome Friend!

This shit ain't gonna be easy. But its so worth it. Take the advice of others and post roll every day in your group... forever. Its a small time commitment with a huge impact. 30 secs of your day. Every day. That's all you need to start. Hopefully youll decide to put in more time eventually to help others, but got to get yourself going first.

Welcome.
