Well, it is here the 100 day mark and let me tell you in has not been easy, but I have made it. I have learned and grown to be able to beat down these cravings for the nicotine that I do not need. With help from the great website, and people on the CHATROOM such as Rocketman, SCM, Timeless, and others I have overcome a huge obstacle in my life. I am happy that I have been able to reach this level of nicotine freeness and I am looking forward to the future. My life is free from being the slave of the can and the worrying and hiding is gone. The dip cans are nowhere in sight, the smells are gone, the hurting gums, and the gas station visits are not here. I am happy not haveing to go to the damn gas stations and ask for a can when I could get robbed. I will continue on and post and I say thank you to all who have helped me and will help me in the future.
