* My 100 day quit.

Looking back on these past 100 days quit has been pretty crazy. Between the first day nicotine withdraws,the weeks of crazy sleep,and the constant mood changes from depressed,sleepy,angry, sad at times, and the constant reminder that the craving curse is lurking around every corner.
I have been pretty lucky compared to some of the stories I have read on this site. It definantely has been trying and I could have caved many times on this journey. But with the help from my loving wife, this website, and even my kids I have been able to stay quit. I plan on staying quit for the rest of my days cause I sure as hell dont want to go through this crap again.
I would like to thank KTC for giving me that extra push at starting my quit. I may still be planning on a day to quit if they had not said to me 100 days ago (Why wait throw that shit away and be a man and quit) so thank you and to all the fellow quitters or people thinking of quitting. Just do it. It aint easy but if I can get through it anyone can. Quit, Post Roll every morning, and take back your life. I QUIT
