Whats up guys? well thats it, 365 days chew free!!! Went through all the bullsh*t, chew dreams were the WORST. For the most part I don't have cravings much anymore, occasionally during a basketball game, or out shooting, but they seem to go away pretty quickly now.
Quit cold turkey, just stopped exactly 1 year ago today. Started reading on this site for about a month when i first stopped, helped a lot to get through that first month!!
Thanks this site really does work, but you have to commit to quitting for yourself and your own reason, not for your girlfriend or someone else....YOU, and ONLY YOU CAN PREVENT FOREST FIRES!!!
