Nice job on the week. I had been quit a while when I found this place. Things got much easier after I got here. The tools are available, but you must use them.

Hello everybody

Just wanted to stop by and say hello. My name is Jason and I have been a can per day dipper of Cope snuff for 18 years. On the 16th, last Tuesday, I woke up and said to hell with feeling the way I have been feeling. I threw the can away and haven't had any since. It hasn't been easy but I have made it a week. I am glad that I found this site, it will be a great resource.
