Some decent advice, take the time to read the words of wisdom pages and inspirational stories, they've given me a lot of helpful advice and motivation, especially for the 1st few days.

Quit with you today, 1st day of the rest of your life!

Just think you could have been coming up on 3 months instead of 12 hours if you stayed from your sign up date. Glad you're quit though. You post roll yet?

Hey, im 20, been dipping for 3 years since i was 18, everyday about a tin a day. I dont know how i could do it but i did. I've been quit for 12 hours so far.
