My quit brother Aglawyer knows whats up. You gotta post that roll EVERYDAY! If you have been reading for weeks, then you probably know how important keeping your promise to everyone is. We take quitting very seriously around here. All you have is your word. Your word is your reputation. This is where the accountability of this site comes from. We are all here to help you stay quit. Ask for help and you will receive it. Let us know if you have any questions, concerns or if you just need to vent your frustrations. Remember, never again, for any reason. Stay quit.

Welcome.

Click the "Welcome Center" link in the top left area of the page and you will learn about posting, where to do it and how to do it.

Based on your quit day, your quit group is March 2012. You will learn that to succeed you will post roll in this group first thing every day. By posting you make a promise not to use nicotine for that day...only that day. You then go to sleep and wake up the next morning and repeat. And so forth.

Congrats on taking your life back. Shout if you have any questions.

Hi all!!

I discovered this website about a month ago and reading your discussions really motivated me in my quit.

I have been a dipper for 18 years and I have been quit since December 17th, 2011. I have visited this site everyday since then, reading discussions from the veterans to the newbies like myself; finally becoming a member today.

I look forward to learning all the membership advantages such as roll call etc.
